Rocsi was spotted with a new 'do at the Allhiphop.com party last night:
She's definitely moved up a few fab notches and down a few annoying notches because of it.
And because we can't stay away from the A-List for too long:
Dlisted is reporting that Baby Z may have to have surgery on her hip. She supposedly has hip dysplasia which causes her hip and thigh not to meet correctly. This could explain why she's carried around so much. And some folks say it's just to keep her away from possible kidnappers. Y'all know the public can be crazy behind Brangie and 'em. Either way....we hope for the best for Baby Z.
